The Big Cheese and the Little Cheese
The Big Cheese is Dave. Dave started cooking at a young age, and turned that love of cooking into a job. Working in the restaurant industry for many years, Dave decided to strike out on his own, and thus The Big Cheese was born. Dave makes every Big Cheese himself (you'll see why in a minute!)
The little Cheese is Susana. Susana is a pediatric oncology nurse by day (and sometimes night), and the gal who takes your order at The Big Cheese. Susana is not a very good cook, which is why Dave makes all the sandwiches.
Dave and Susana met in high school, and she remembers his grilled cheese sandwiches being delicious even then. They will marry in December, after the market season has ended. Yipee!
